   The purpose of this notice is to correct typographical errors in the notice that appeared at 32 Pa.B. 6218 (December 14, 2002).

   Procedure code W9065 was incorrectly listed as W0965 and should be replaced with the following:

W9065 Speech therapy (29th day and beyond) by a Speech Therapist $67.00 $77.00

   In addition, procedure codes W0526 and W0527 have been deleted from the Medical Assistance Program Fee Schedule due to zero occurrences as announced at 32 Pa.B. 5809 (November 23, 2002) and, therefore, should not have been included in the notice at 32 Pa.B. 6218. The following procedure codes should be deleted:

   The Department of Public Welfare will issue a Medical Assistance bulletin to home health agency service providers to advise them of these changes.

   The fiscal note was prepared under the authority of section 612 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 232).
