DEPARTMENT OF AGING

PACE/PACENET Co-Payment Schedules

[33 Pa.B. 6230]

The Department of Aging, under the authority set forth in 62 P. S. § 2904(e)(5) and 6 Pa. Code § 22.11(d) (relating to general payment principles), approves co-payment schedules to be paid by all PACE and PACENET cardholders effective January 1, 2004. The co-payment to be paid by PACE cardholders will be a $6 co-payment for generic or multiple-source drugs and $9 for single-source drugs. The co-payment schedule for PACENET cardholders will be $8 for multiple-source drugs and $15 for single-source drugs. This action is necessitated by increased ingredient costs for prescription drugs dispensed under and reimbursed by the PACE Program.
