   The Human Relations Commission (Commission), under section 7(o) of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (act) (43 P. S. § 957(o)), announces the publication of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Opinion and Final Order made after a public hearing under section 9(e)--(g) of the act (43 P. S. § 959(e)--(g)) in the following cases:

David Borden v. Motherswork, Inc.; Doc. No. 200205129 (Human Relations Commission, September 28, 2004).

   Damage case, following a liability finding for failure to answer claims, alleging religious harassment and termination because of sex, age and religion.

   Ruling for Complainant, 9-0 decision

Rochelle D. Detter v. Richard Sharp and Sharp's Village Mobile Home Park; Doc. No. H-7404 (Human Relations Commission, September 27, 2004).

   Housing case relating to discrimination because of familial status in that she was charged an extra fee by the owner of a mobile home park for having more than three people in a unit.
