Chronic Renal Disease Advisory Committee Meeting

   The Renal Disease Advisory Committee, established by section 4 of the act of June 23, 1970 (P. L. 419, No. 14) (35 P. S. § 6204), will hold a teleconference call on Friday, November 19, 2004, from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, 7th Floor, East Wing, Health and Welfare Building, Seventh and Forster Streets, Harrisburg, PA. Committee members will be participating by means of teleconferencing. The single subject to be discussed and voted upon by the committee members is the inclusion of the drug Coreg® on the Chronic Renal Disease Program Formulary.
