   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Fayette County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #2611, Uniontown Shopping Center, 946 Morgantown Road, Uniontown, PA 15401-4839.

Lease Expiration Date: June 30, 2006

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,600 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a shopping center environment located within 1/2 mile of the intersection of Morgantown Road and Walnut Hill Road, Uniontown.

The site must have convenient off-street customer parking and access for separate tractor-trailer deliveries.
