The university plans to renovate Reisner Dining Hall currently approximately 51,300 gross square feet, and construct two additions totaling approximately 14,600 gross square feet. Proposing firms shall demonstrate expertise in dining hall renovation projects with tight, phased schedules, while maintaining operations during construction. Track record should indicate integrated design practices including energy efficiency, future maintenance requirements, and evaluation of alternatives on a life-cycle cost basis. To be responsive, firms must be capable of providing all necessary architectural and engineering disciplines, and have a response time of three hours to Shippensburg University.
