   The purpose of this notice, published under 55 Pa. Code § 1187.21a(e)(4) (relating to nursing facility exception requests--statement of policy), is to announce the 2006 Group Two Exception Requests received by the Department of Public Welfare (Department) covering the submission period of July 1, 2006, through December 31, 2006.

   Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding this notice to the Department of Public Welfare, Gail Weidman, Division of Policy, P. O. Box 2675,Harrisburg, PA 17105. Comments received within 30 days will be reviewed and considered for any subsequent revision of the notice.
