   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Chester County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #1502, 317 West Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.

Lease Expiration Date: May 31, 2008

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 5,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 2.5 mile radius of West Bridge Street, Phoenixville.
