   On July 19, 2007, Michael L. Watland, license no. BL051937, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, was reinstated under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The reinstatement is retroactive to April 4, 2007.

   Individuals may obtain a copy of the order by writing to Gerald S. Smith, Senior Counsel in Charge, State Board of Barber Examiners, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.
