For the purpose of evaluating effluent requirements for TDS, NO2-NO3, fluoride, phenolics, sulfate and chloride, the existing/proposed downstream potable water supply, considered during the evaluation is the Beaver Falls Municipal Authority is located on the Beaver River and is approximately 33 miles below point of discharge.
The receiving stream, Neshannock Creek, is in Watershed 20-A and classified for: TSF, aquatic life, water supply and recreation.
