   6.  The Methods for the Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  By scratching the ''Prize'' area the player can determine if the ticket is a winning ticket, and if so the amount won:

   (1)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $250 (TWOHUNFTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $250.

   (2)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (3)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (b)  That same ticket may be inserted in a supplied Lottery hand held device which reads the ticket and displays at least ten separate plays. Each play is a graphic representation of one play of the game of Lucky 7's. Winning plays result in the accumulation of points. The instant ticket determines the prize level as displayed in the ''Prize'' area and the hand held device's microprocessor randomizes the appropriate play sequence to reflect the prize amount shown on the ticket. The winning number combinations, points awarded for each winning number combination and corresponding prize amounts are displayed in the table below. In the case of a conflict between the prize amount in the ''Prize'' area and the prize as determined by the hand held device, the prize amount in the ''Prize'' area shall be the amount won.
