Aetna Health, Inc.; Premium Rate Filing for HMO Conversion Products

 On December 15, 2011, Aetna Health, Inc. submitted a filing for its HMO Conversion Products requesting a rate increase of 4.2% to 9.5%. The filing will affect 820 policyholders. An effective date of May 1, 2012, is requested.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 14, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's (Department) web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on ''PA Bulletin.''

 Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Department's Harrisburg regional office.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Sabater, Actuary, Bureau of Accident and Health Insurance, Insurance Department, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jsabater@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
