Order of Court

And Now, this 16th day of May, 2012, upon it's own motion and pursuant to 42 PS § 211103 Civil and Criminal Actions, it is hereby ordered that effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, the Sheriff of Butler County shall assess and collect from the Plaintiff in all Debt Collection and Mortgage Foreclosure cases the sum of $9.00 for the first serving of notices in these matters and the sum of $6.00 thereafter for each additional defendant or person served, copied or posted.

 The Sheriff is directed to deposit such fees collected into a fund as designated by the Butler County Court Administrator's office. These fees shall be used for the exclusive purpose of defraying the costs of Credit Counseling Services which are provided as a part of the Court's credit intervention program.
