Application of Mid-Valley Hospital for Exception

 Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that Mid-Valley Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code §§ 123.25(2) and 127.32 (relating to regulations for control of anesthetic explosion hazards; and written orders).

 This request is on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, (717) 783-8980, fax (717) 772-2163, ra-paexcept@pa.gov.

 The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
