 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-12-018, Dated November 19, 2012. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the International Union, United Government Security Officers of America (UGSOA) and its Affiliated Local 304. The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2014.

 Resolution No. CB-12-019, Dated November 19, 2012. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the International Union, United Government Security Officers of America (UGSOA) and its Affiliated Local 304. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2014.

 Resolution No. CB-12-020, Dated November 19, 2012. Authorizes the Interest Arbitration Award between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #85, Capitol Police L4 Unit. The Arbitration Award provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2015.
