 The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

Allegheny County, Wine & Spirits Store #0283 (Relocation), Natrona Heights, PA

 Lease will expire on: April 30, 2014

 Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 to 5,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a shopping center environment along Freeport Road in Harrison Township, Natrona Heights, PA. Storeroom should have access to free parking and be able to accommodate tractor trailer deliveries.

 Proposals due: October 11, 2013, at 12 p.m.
