Application for Lease of Right-Of-Way

 Under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department of Transportation by Pinnacle Health, 205 South Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8700, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at 157 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104, 40,277 0lusmn; square feet/hectares, adjacent to SR 3009-0021 for purposes of parking.

 Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections, or both, regarding the approval of this application to Michael Keiser, PE, Engineering District 8-0, 2140 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103-1699.
