Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following is a list of the properties available for sale by the Department.

 1. Westmoreland County Tax Map Parcel Number 49-15-00-0-017. Located in the Municipality of Murrysville, Westmoreland County. This parcel contains approximately 24,877 0lusmn; square feet of unimproved land situated on the east bound side of SR 0022, between Humes Court and Berlin Farm Road/Harrison City Road. The estimated fair market value is $44,000. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 2. Located in the Municipality of Murrysville, Westmoreland County. This parcel contains approximately 8,540.5 0lusmn; square feet of unimproved land situated at the southwest corner of Prospect Avenue at the intersection with Laird Drive. The estimated fair market value is $3,900. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 3. Westmoreland County Tax Map Parcel Number 57-17-00-0-188. Located in Ligonier Township, Westmoreland County on the south side of SR 711 in the Town of Oak Grove. This parcel contains 2.99 0lusmn; acres of improved land with a 5,720 square feet 0lusmn; decorative block office building. Building includes approximately 3,457 square feet 0lusmn; of office space and 2,263 square feet 0lusmn; heated six-bay garage area. Site is also improved with 19,000 square feet 0lusmn; of asphalt pavement and fencing with gate. The estimated fair market value is $250,000. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing a site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Vincent M. Komacko, Jr., Right of Way Administrator 2, Department of Transportation, Engineering District 12-0, P. O. Box 459, Uniontown, PA 15401.
