Service Price Index to Offset Tax Rate Charges

P-2015-2480769. Bentleyville Telephone Company d/b/a FairPoint Communications. Petition of Bentleyville Telephone Company d/b/a FairPoint Communications to seek confirmation that they may use the service price index component of the price cap formula in its Amended Streamlined Form of Regulation and Network Modernization Plan (Chapter 30 Plan) to offset charges in the tax rates as tracked by the State Tax Adjustment Surcharge.

 Answers and petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Friday, June 5, 2015. In accordance with 52 Pa. Code §§ 5.61 and 5.74 (relating to answers to complaints, petitions, motions and preliminary objections; and filing of petitions to intervene), filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served to the petitioner. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) Secretary's Bureau between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the petitioner's business address.
