Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by March 9, 2015. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2014-2446741 (Corrected). Bucks County Services, Inc. (8125 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136) in call or demand service, in the Borough of Ambler, Montgomery County, and within an airline distance of 20 miles of said borough.

A-2014-2457336. Air Critical Care, LLC t/a ACC Medlink (660 Charlotte Street, #3, Punta Gorda, FL 33950) persons in paratransit service, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2014-2459521. New Valley Transportation, LLC (2042 West Main Street, #40, Norristown, Montgomery County, PA 19403) persons in limousine service, between points in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh and Montgomery Counties.

A-2015-2464049. US Transit Authority, LLC t/a Luxury Lift (3265 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, Dauphin County, PA 17057) for the right to begin to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Dauphin County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return. Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2015-2461572. Philagorilla Movers, LLC (2000 Hamilton Street, PNB 927, Philadelphia, PA 19130) household goods in use, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2014-2455786. Philadelphia Historic African American Tours, LLC (28 Green Valley Road, Wallingford, Delaware County, PA 19086) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate—in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in the City of Philadelphia to points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery, and return.

A-2014-2458749. Elite Carriages, Inc. t/a Dream Limousines (200 Pleasant Drive, Johnstown, PA 15904, Cambria County, PA 15904) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate—persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2014-2459162. Ira C. Herr, Jr. (830 Truce Road, Quarryville, Lancaster County, PA 17566) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate—in paratransit service, between points in the County of Lancaster, and from points in said county to points in Pennsylvania, and return, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles.
