 On or before September 23, 2016, Foremost Insurance Company (Foremost) shall answer in writing the complaint which was attached to the order under 1 Pa. Code § 35.9 (relating to formal complaints generally). This order and complaint are being served directly upon Foremost until counsel enters an appearance in these proceedings.

 Any counsel requiring admission pro hac vice shall submit application on or before September 23, 2016.

 A telephone conference arranged by the Administrative Hearings Office is scheduled for October 19, 2016, at 10 a.m. On or before October 12, 2016, each party shall designate the persons participating in the telephone conference and a telephone number to be used for each individual. The parties shall be prepared to discuss procedural and substantive issues including, but not limited to, the scope of these proceedings, the jurisdiction of the Insurance Department (Department) over the dispute, discovery, stipulations, the necessity of an evidentiary hearing, future procedures and other matters relevant to the orderly, efficient and just resolution of this matter in the Department.

 The telephone conference will be informal in nature and will not be stenographically recorded or transcribed. Prehearing memoranda or other written submissions are not required for the conference other than the written answer to the complaint, entries of appearance and the designation of individuals participating in the telephone conference.

 Petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before October 5, 2016, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

 Answers to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before October 14, 2016.
