P-2019-3010087. Duquesne Light Company. Petition of Duquesne Light Company for a finding that a building to shelter control equipment at the proposed Elrama Substation in Washington County is reasonably necessary for the convenience or welfare of the public.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before August 7, 2019. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address.
