Pennsylvania Super 7s Instant Lottery Game 1435

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Super 7s (hereinafter ''Super 7s''). The game number is PA-1435.

 2. Price: The price of a Super 7s instant lottery game ticket is $1.

 3. Play symbols: Each Super 7s instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring four play symbols and their captions. The play symbols and their captions located in the play area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 7 (SEVEN) symbol, and a SUPER (WIN7) symbol.

 4. Prize symbols: The prize symbols and their captions, located in the play area, are: FREE (TICKET), $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $4.00 (FOR DOL), $7.00 (SVN DOL), $14.00 (FOURTEEN), $28.00 (TWY EGT), $56.00 (FTY SIX), $70.00 (SVNTY), $700 (SVN HUN), and $7,000 (SVN THO).

 5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: Free $1 Ticket, $1, $2, $4, $7, $14, $28, $56, $70, $700, and $7,000. A player can win up to 4 times on a ticket.

 6. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 8,400,000 tickets will be printed for the Super 7s instant lottery game.

 7. Determination of prize winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $7,000 (SVN THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $7,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $700 (SVN HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $700.

 (c) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $70.00 (SVNTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $70.

 (d) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $56.00 (FTY SIX) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $56.

 (e) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $28.00 (TWY EGT) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $28.

 (f) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $14.00 (FOURTEEN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $14.

 (g) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $7.00 (SVN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $7.

 (h) Holders of tickets where a SUPER (WIN7) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $7.00 (SVN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under that SUPER (WIN7) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $7.

 (i) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $4.00 (FOR DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

 (j) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

 (k) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

 (l) Holders of tickets where a 7 (SEVEN) symbol appears in the play area and a prize symbol of FREE (TICKET) appears in the ''prize'' area under that 7 (SEVEN) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of one Super 7s instant game ticket or one Pennsylvania Lottery instant game ticket of equivalent sale price which is currently on sale.

 8. Number and description of prizes and approximate odds. The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 9. Retailer Incentive Programs: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell Super 7s instant lottery game tickets.

 10. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which he qualifies on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 11. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Super 7s, prize money from winning Super 7s instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Super 7s instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 12. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 13. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Super 7s or through normal communications methods.
