Default Service Plan; Prehearing Conference

P-2020-3019290. PECO Energy Company. Petition of PECO Energy Company for approval of its default service plan for the period from June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2025, (DSP V Petition).

 Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 1, 2020. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the petitioner and a copy provided to the Administrative Law Judge by efiling with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) through the Commission's efiling system.
