Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 3, 2021. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by May 3, 2021. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2021-3024894. Love and Care Transportation, LLC (135 Derby Lane, Bensalem, Bucks County, PA 19020) in paratransit service, limited to clients of the Bensalem Adult Day Care, to or from healthcare facilities, or to or from locations necessary to obtain goods required for managing the member's medical conditions, between points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia. Applications of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under each application.

A-2021-3024827. Stokes Moving & Storage, LLC (2906 Glasgow Street, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15204) household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2021-3024910. Khrista Crawley, t/a Tradestorm (P.O. Box 12752, Reading, Berks County, PA 19612) household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under the application.

A-2021-3024899. Moving Forward, LLC (245 Welsh Pool Road, Exton, Chester County, PA 19341) for the discontinuance and cancelation of the right to trans- port, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points within a 25-mile radius of West Whiteland Township, as authorized at Docket A-2018-3005348.
