 On February 9, 2021, Rita Anna-Maria Krichevsky, MD, Pennsylvania license No. MD060435L, last known of Lawrenceville, NJ, had her license indefinitely suspended, retroactive to March 11, 2020, and was assessed $600 in costs of investigation, based on being unable to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients due to impairment.

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication at www.pals.pa.gov.

 This order represents the final State Board of Medicine (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
