Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 26, 2021. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by July 26, 2021. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2021-3025449. Braden Scott Kennedy, t/a Here-2-There Taxi (137 West 3rd Street, Oil City, Venango County, PA 16301) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Warren and Westmoreland.

A-2021-3026393. Rowe Transportation Group, LLC (546 Hollow Road, Darlington, PA 16115) to transport, as a motor common carrier, persons in group and party service in vehicles seating 11 to 15, from points in the Counties of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence and Washington to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2021-3025266. McGrory Moving and Junk Removal Limited Liability Company (944 Maple Avenue, Glenolden, Delaware County, PA 19036) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2021-3025062. Melvin Martin and Norene H. Martin (410 Sheephill Road, Newmanstown, PA 17073) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the County of Lancaster, and from points in said county, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles.

A-2021-3025234. Rodriguez Transportation, LLC (222 West Birch Street, Hazleton, PA 18201) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from within 3 statute air miles of the boundaries of the City of Hazleton, and the Township of Hazle, Luzerne County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2021-3025337. Gold Cross Limousine of PA, Inc. (26 Sexton Street, Struthers, OH 44471) for the discontinuance and cancellation of the right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in the Counties of Lawrence and Mercer, and from points in said counties to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, as originally issued at Docket A-00107205, F.3. Attorney: John A. Pillar, 150 Green Commons Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15243.

A-2021-3025338. Gold Cross Limousine of PA, Inc. (26 Sexton Street, Struthers, OH 44471) for the discontinuance and cancellation of the right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania. A-2021-3025408. Country Road Transportation, LLC (205 Mail Route Road, Sinking Spring, Berks County, PA 19608) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to wheelchair and stretcher van services, between points in the Counties of Berks and Lancaster, as originally approved at Docket A-2020-3019587.
