Nutrient Credit Trading Program; Certification Requests

[Saturday, September 4, 2021]The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) provides notice of the following certification requests that have been submitted under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program (Trading Program). See 25 Pa. Code § 96.8 (relating to use of offsets and tradable credits from pollution reduction activities in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed).
Credit Certification Requests
The following requests are being reviewed by the Department.
