[Saturday, December 25, 2021]

The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission, acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.25 (relating to temporary changes to fishing regulations), has taken immediate action to modify temporary fishing regulations at Raccoon Creek State Park Upper Pond (Group Camping Area Lake), Beaver County, in anticipation of a complete and permanent drawdown of the lake.
