Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before due date. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by February 22, 2021. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2021-3023533. Transportation Network Services, LLC, t/a Go Wolley (1411 Cooper Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland to points in Allegheny County, and return.

A-2021-3023578. Transportation Network Services, LLC, t/a Go Wolley (1411 Cooper Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in airport transfer service, from points in the Counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland to Pittsburgh International Airport, and return.

A-2021-3023744. Tri State EMS, LLC (831 Brower Road, Wayne, Montgomery County, PA 19087) in paratransit service, limited to service in wheelchair and stretcher vans, to and from appointments, between points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2021-3023792. Affordable Medical Transportation, LLC (404 1st Street, Matamoras, Pike County, PA 18336) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicles, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike and Wayne to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2020-3022479. New Horizons Transportation, LLC (1 Shielding Way, Delaware Water Gap, PA 18327) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2021-3023771. Royal Charters, Inc. (P.O. Box 79003, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15216) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its authority, begin to operate as a broker, to arrange for the transporta- tion of persons between points in Pennsylvania, as described in the original ordering paragraph at Docket No. A-2017-2613079.

A-2021-3023776. Leslie A. Peed (226 White Oak Drive, Oxford, Chester County, PA 19363) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its authority, begin to transport persons, in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the County of Lancaster and that portion of the County of Chester west of Route 10, to points in Pennsylvania, and return, as described in the original ordering paragraph at Docket No. A-2016-2553256.

A-2021-3023793. Daniel Neiman Fake, t/a Royal-D Limo Service (1399 Manor Road, Windsor, York County, PA 17366) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11—15 passengers, including the driver, from points in York County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
