Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 25, 2022. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by July 25, 2022. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2022-3032357. Rehoboth Paratransit, LLC (508 West Arch Street, Pottsville, PA 17901) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the County of Schuylkill, to points in Pennsylvania, and return. Attorney: Cory A. Leshner, Law Offices of Cory A. Leshner, LLC, 415 Market Street, Suite 204, Harrisburg, PA 17101.

A-2022-3032495. Three Wayz Transportation, LLC (135 Beach 19th Street, Far Rockaway, NY 11691) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in the County of Luzerne, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2022-3032673. Doe Un Dot, LLC (26 Valleybrook Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the County of Lancaster, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3032721. We Care Trans, LLC (910 Longacre Boulevard, Yeadon, Delaware County, PA 19050) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3033009. Special Delivery Mobility, LLC (249 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, Chester County, PA 19460) to transport persons, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, in nonambulance, nonemergency and nonmedical paratransit service in a stretcher van, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2022-3033055. Zip to Zip Moving, Inc. (41 Ellsworth Drive, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550) household goods in use between points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2022-3033056. Durst Trucking Co. (3223 Poplar Street, Erie, Erie County, PA 16508) partial discontinuance of the rights, authorized at A-00106895, F.1. Carrier is discontinuing the right to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use between points in the City of Erie, Erie County, and within 25 miles by the usually travelled highways of the limits of said city. After the partial discontinuance of household goods rights, carrier's rights will read as such: To transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, property; excluding household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2022-3033068. Gish Logging, Inc. (4980 Path Valley Road, Fort Loudon, Franklin County, PA 17224) partial discontinuance of the rights, authorized at A-00108692. Carrier is discontinuing rights No. 9 of the original ordering paragraph which states: to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods, in use, from farms within 12 miles, by the usually traveled highways, of the intersection of Pennsylvania State Legislative Routes 3009 and 3022, located in the Village of Lemasters, Peters Township, Franklin County, to points in Franklin County, and vice versa; and right No. 10 of the original ordering paragraph which states: to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods, in use, between points within 8 miles, by the usually traveled highways, of the intersection of Pennsylvania State Legislative Routes 3009 and 3022, located in the Village of Lemasters, Peters Township, Franklin County, and from points in said area to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa. After the partial discontinuance of household goods rights, carrier's rights will read as such: to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, property; excluding household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2022-3033076. LV Company, Inc. (Route 329, P.O. Box 7, Northampton, Northampton County, PA 18067) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use.

A-2022-3033099. Joseph Rabelo-Rivera, t/a Movenon Moving Company (202 Carley Lane, Malvern, Chester County, PA 19355) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-8923526, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2022-3033220. Violet Phillips (108 Lilly Road, Honeybrook, Chester County, PA 19344) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Chester and Lancaster Counties to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2012-2294437. David F. Weaver (23 North Farmersville Road, Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA 17522) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-6414437, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the County of Lancaster, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
