Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before September 6, 2022. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by September 6, 2022. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Com-mission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2022-3033895. Limo Life Xpress, LLC (112 Kent Road, Upper Darby, Delaware County, PA 19082) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, from points in the County of Delaware to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2022-3033987. Perseverance Transportation, LLC (1523 North 16th Street, Apartment 1F, Philadelphia, PA 19121) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the Boroughs of Hatboro, Jenkintown, North Wales, the Townships of Abington, Upper Dublin and Upper Moreland, all located in Montgomery County, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2022-3034020. Affluent Limousine Services, LLC (509 College Avenue, Newtown Square, Delaware County, PA 19073) in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Delaware County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2022-3034028. Kinetic Movers, LLC (13476 Mockingbird Lane, Orrstown, Franklin County, PA 17422) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania. Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2022-3034208. Alpha Limousine Services, Inc. (123 Margate Road, Upper Darby, Delaware County, PA 19082) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties, as originally captioned at Docket A-2012-2338907.

A-2022-3034328. Eugene and Ruth Summers (815 Circle Drive, Gap, Lancaster County, PA 17527) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00121371, persons in paratransit service, limited topersons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, between points in the County of Lancaster, and within an airline distance of 20 statute miles of the limits thereof subject to the following condition: that no right, power or privilege is granted to originate paratransit service in Chester County.

A-2022-3034358. Dubois EMS Ambulance Service (P.O. Box 333, Dubois, Clearfield County, PA 15801) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right to transport, as a common carrier, persons in paratransit service, between points in the City of DuBois and the Township of Sandy, Clearfield County, the Borough of Falls Creek and the Township of Washington, Jefferson County, and from points in the city, borough and townships, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa, as originally captioned at Docket A-00116035.
