Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before November 14, 2022. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by November 14, 2022. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2022-3034689. Marlin R. Beiler, t/a Beiler's Transportation (1882 Mine Road, Paradise, Lancaster County, PA 17562) persons in paratransit service, from 1882 Mine Road, Paradise, Lancaster County, PA 17562, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3036055. Solvere Transport, LLC (3782 Logan Ferry Road, # Y, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15239) to transport, by motor vehicles, in paratransit service, persons between points in Pennsylvania, excluding points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester and Montgomery.

A-2022-3036080. Billy Maxi Taxi Transportation, LLC (201 York Road, 1-526, Jenkintown, Montgomery County, PA 19046) to transport persons, by motor vehicle, in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3036084. Syed M. Karim, LLC, t/a York Cab Services (1729 Long Drive, York, York County, PA 17406) persons upon call or demand, in York, York County. Attorney: Craig A. Diehl, 3464 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

A-2022-3036094. Jarabacoa Transportation, LLC (833 East Diamond Avenue, Hazleton, Luzerne County, PA 18201) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in Luzerne County.

A-2022-3036107. Amazing Care Home Services, LLC, t/a Dependable Medical Transportation Agency (1714 Grant Avenue, Suite 3, Philadelphia, PA 19115) persons in paratransit service, limited to service in wheelchair vans, from points in the Counties of Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for the approval of the transfer of stock as described under the application.
