A-2021-3027268. Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc. (APW). Application of Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc., (APW) under 66 Pa.C.S. §§ 1102 and 1329 (relating to enumeration of acts requiring certificate; and valuation of acquired water and wastewater systems) for: (1) approval of the acquisition by APW of the wastewater system assets of Willistown Township situated within the Township Willistown, Chester County; (2) approval of the right of APW to begin to offer, render, furnish and supply wastewater service to the public in portions of Willistown Township, Chester County; and (3) an order approving the acquisition that includes the ratemaking rate base of the Willistown Township wastewater system assets under 66 Pa.C.S. § 1329(c)(2). Request for approval of contracts, including assignments of contracts, between APW and Willistown Township, under 66 Pa.C.S § 507 (relating to contracts between public utilities and municipalities). Request for approval of a contract between affiliated interests, under 66 Pa.C.S. § 2102 (relating to approval of contracts between affiliated interests).

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before Monday, February 14, 2022. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available only online for inspection and copying on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address. Parties to proceedings pending before the Commission must open and use an eFiling accountthrough the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov or may submit the filing by overnight delivery to the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. If a filing contains confidential or proprietary material, the filing is required to be submitted by overnight delivery. Large filings containing confidential or proprietary material may be submitted through the Commission's Share Point File system with advanced notice to the Commission prior to submittal.
