Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau; United States Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act; Rate Filing

 On December 5, 2022, the Insurance Department received from the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (Bureau) a filing for proposed revisions to rates applicable to workers eligible for benefits under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (33 U.S.C.A. §§ 901—950).

 The filing proposes an overall rate level decrease of 5.07% effective April 1, 2023. (This overall figure represents an average; the effect of this filing on the rates for individual insureds will vary.) The filing is available for review on the Bureau's web site at www.pcrb.com in the ''Filings'' section.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections by means of e-mail to Eric Zhou, Insurance Department, Office of Insurance Product Regulation, gzhou@pa.gov, within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
