   The temporary provisions of this Chapter 1131 issued under the Medical Marijuana Act (35 P.S. § §  10231.101—10231.2110); deleted under section 301(a)(3) and (b) of the Medical Marijuana Act (35 P.S. §  10231.301(a)(3) and (b)), unless otherwise noted.

   The temporary provisions of this Chapter 1131 adopted June 24, 2016, effective June 25, 2016, expire on May 17, 2018, or upon the Department’s publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin that the Commonwealth’s Medical Marijuana Program has been implemented, whichever comes first, 46 Pa.B. 3254; deleted March 3, 2023, effective March 4, 2023, 53 Pa.B. 1275, unless otherwise noted. Immediately preceding text appears at serial pages (393519) to (393520), (381135) to (381138) and (384237).
