§ 1161.39. Electronic tracking system.

 A dispensary shall use the electronic tracking system prescribed by the Department containing the requirements in section 701 of the act (35 P.S. §  10231.701). The Department will publish notice of the electronic tracking system to be utilized by a dispensary in the Pennsylvania Bulletin 60 days before the implementation date of the system.
