DIVERSITY AT MAJOR JURISDICTIONAL UTILITY
COMPANIESSTATEMENT OF POLICY
§ 69.801. General.
From a business perspective, diversity should be associated with a companys business objectives and strategies. Diversity is an economic reality that corporate entities should include in their corporate strategies now and in the future. The Commission intends to take the next step by encouraging major jurisdictional utility companies operating in this Commonwealth to incorporate diversity in their business strategy in connection with the procurement of goods and services.
