§ 6100.693. Delay in an individuals income.
If a portion or all of the individuals income is delayed for 1 month or longer, the following apply:
(1) The provider shall inform the individual, the individuals designated person or the individuals court-appointed legal guardian in writing that payment is not required or that only a negotiated amount of room and board payment is required until the individuals income is received.
(2) Room and board shall be charged to make up the accumulated difference between room and board paid and room and board charged according to the room and board residency agreement.
