§ 6100.744. Additional conditions and sanctions.

 In addition to sanctions and sanction conditions specified in this chapter, the provider is subject to the following:

   (1)  Sections 1101.74 and 1101.77.

   (2)  Other sanctions as provided by applicable statutes and regulations.
