§ 13.4. Professional boxing license fees.

 The following annual nonrefundable license fees shall accompany each application for a license or the renewal of a license:

Promoter’s license…	$100
Matchmaker’s license…	$ 50
Physician’s license…	$ 40
Referee’s license…	$ 35
Manager’s license…	$ 60
Judge’s license…	$ 35
Timekeeper’s license…	$ 25
Announcer’s license…	$ 20
Professional boxer’s license…	$ 22
Trainer’s license…	$ 20
Second’s License…	$ 20
