§ 1.1. Scope of part.

 This part relates to the functions of the Legislative Reference Bureau as a supporting agency of the General Assembly. The regulations relating to the functions of the Bureau as the publisher of the Pennsylvania Bulletin and Pennsylvania Code under the Commonwealth Documents Law (45 P. S. §  1101 et seq.) and exercised through the Documents Law Section are set out in 1 Pa. Code Part I (relating to Joint Committee on Documents).

§ 1.2. Definitions.

 The following words and terms, when used in this subpart, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Act—Act of May 7, 1923 (P. L. 158, No. 119) (46 P. S. § §  451—460).

   Assistant Director—The Assistant Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau.

   Bureau—The Legislative Reference Bureau.

   Director—The Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau.
