Notes of Decisions

   The final reapportionment plan is not violative of the Pennsylvania and United States Constitution and the Voting Rights Act. In re 1991 Pennsylvania Legislative Reapportionment Commission, 609 A.2d 132 (Pa. 1992); cert. denied 112 S. Ct. 1971 (U. S. 1992) and 113 S. Ct. 66 (U. S. 1992).
