207 Pa. Code Canon 3. A magisterial district judge shall conduct the magisterial district judge’s personal and extrajudicial activities to minimize the risk of conflict with the obligations of judicial office.

   The provisions of this Canon 3 adopted September 18, 2014, effective December 1, 2014, 44 Pa.B. 6205, unless otherwise noted. Rules 3.4, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.11 shall be complied with as soon as reasonably possible and shall do so in any event by December 1, 2015.
