1.1.    Filing Office.

§ 1.1. Filing Office.

 (a)  All business of the Court of Judicial Discipline, except as otherwise provided by law, by rule, or by order of court shall be administered through its administrative office located at 200 North Third Street, 12th Floor, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with a mailing address of 200 North Third Street, P. O. Box 1106, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17108-1106.

 (b)  All matters within the jurisdiction of the Court of Judicial Discipline may be filed with the Office of the Clerk of Court located at the address set forth in subsection (a). Writs or other process issuing out of the Court of Judicial Discipline shall exit only from the principal Office of the Clerk of the Court of Judicial Discipline and shall be returnable there until further Order of this Court.

 (c)  The Court’s docket, seal and records of all pending cases shall be transferred to the administrative office of the Court of Judicial Discipline.
