 OSM 17(4433)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Ansonville East, Jordan Township, Clear-field County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization; implementation of the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan; clearing and grubbing; grading 24,000 cubic yards; wetland soil handling 0.39 acre; stream channel excavation 240 linear feet; high velocity erosion control mulch blanket 215 square yards; rock lining with geotextile 130 square yards; and seeding 6.5 acres. This bid issues on July 19, 2013, and bids will be opened on August 8, 2013, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal government under the authority given it by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (act) (30 U.S.C.A. §§ 1201—1308) and is subject to the act and to the Federal grant for this project.
