Petition of SUEZ Water Pennsylvania, Inc. for a finding on an expedited basis that the site and location on that site of a building to be constructed in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County are reasonably necessary for the convenience or welfare of the public.
Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before October 13, 2020. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the petitioner and a copy provided to the Administrative Law Judge by efiling with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) through the Commission's Efiling system.
