   A-230028F200. Spring Lake Village. Application of the abandonment of the provision of sewer service by Spring Lake Village to that portion of the public located in a limited area of Delaware Township, Northumberland County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 12, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: Spring Lake Village.
