   A-211680F2000.  Landenberg Water Company. Application of Landenberg Water Company for approval of the abandonment of all water service to Landenberg Manor, located in New Garden Township, Chester County, PA, by the transfer of all distribution mains and appurtenances and customers within Landenberg Manor to Chester Water Authority.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 12, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
