   A-210074. Spring Lake Village and Keo Homes, Inc. Joint Application of Spring Lake Village, a partnership and Keo Homes, Inc., a corporation, for approval of: (a) the right of Keo Homes, Inc. to provide water service to the public in a limited portion of Delaware Township, Northumberland County, PA, known as Spring Lake Crest under the published tariff, rules and regulations of Spring Lake Village and; (b) the sale by Spring Lake Village of its assets to Keo Homes, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 12, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: Keo Homes, Inc., R. D. 4, Box 29, Selinsgrove, PA 17870.
